This website and its free contents are provided strictly for general personal, academic, or non-commercial research. They are not intended, licensed, or distributed for use by regulated financial undertakings in the European Union for regulatory disclosures or marketing under Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (SFDR). Users warrant that they are accessing this material strictly in a personal capacity.
Full data access and commercial sales, including client accounts, data licenses, data feeds and data shares, are not available in the European Union. This is because of the way European Union regulation defines "ESG", and the compliance cost that definition places on new market entrants. Only the free contents of this website, on the terms in sections 3 and 4, are available there.
If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, when you create a free account you certify that:
If this certification is or becomes untrue, you must stop using the free account, delete the account on the platform, and delete all files downloaded to any devices that originated from the platform.
Access provided under a signed agreement with Free Float Analytics (including permissioned accounts, data feeds and data shares) is governed by that agreement. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement prevails.
We may suspend or end your access, or revoke the license in section 4, at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have breached these terms or your warranty in section 3 or certification in section 6 is untrue. Sections 8, 10 and 11 survive termination.
The data and scores are model outputs derived from public and third-party sources, provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose, and are not investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. See Methodology.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free Float Analytics, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. The version number above changes when we do. When terms change materially, you will be asked to accept the new version before you continue to use the platform.
